Please review these simple house rules before your stay. 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges. 👥 Registered Guests Only Maximum occupancy: 10 Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events. Day visitors require prior approval. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking, vaping, cigars, marijuana, or e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the home, garage, balconies, or community amenities. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning and odor remediation fee. 🐾 No Pets Pets are not permitted. (Exceptions made for trained service animals) Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation of the reservation and additional cleaning fees. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Please enjoy a movie but please do not try and shake the whole community) This community is residential, and excessive noise can result in HOA fines. 🔥 Fire Pit Please enjoy the fire pit responsibly. Never leave a fire unattended. Turn propane tank off all the way before turning the fire control knob down. Children must always be supervised. Do not burn trash or debris. 🍔 Grill Clean after each use. Turn propane completely off. Never move the grill. Do not leave it unattended while in use. 🍳 Kitchen Please treat the kitchen like your own home. Wash dishes or start the dishwasher before departure. Dispose of food properly. Do not pour grease down the sink. 🛋️ Furniture Please do not rearrange furniture. Indoor furniture must remain indoors. No food on the green sectional please. 🏖️ Beach Gear You're welcome to enjoy the provided beach gear. Please: Rinse off sand (Hose located on the patio and hookup is to the front right of the garage) Return everything to where you found it. Report broken items. 📺 Electronics Please enjoy the entertainment systems. Do not disconnect TVs, internet equipment, or streaming devices. Guests are responsible for damage caused by improper use. ❄️ Thermostat Please keep: Cooling no lower than 68°F Heat no higher than 75°F Please keep doors and windows closed while HVAC is running. 🚽 Plumbing Only toilet paper should be flushed. No wipes (even "flushable"), feminine products, paper towels, or other items. 🚗 Parking Only park in designated spaces. No parking on landscaping or blocking neighboring driveways. Please comply with HOA parking rules (No street parking) 🏊 Community Amenities Please follow all Lost Key community rules while using: Beach Club Pool: 8am-10pm Fitness Center: 24/7 access Shuttle Tennis/Pickleball Golf Course Any HOA fines resulting from guest behavior are the guest's responsibility. 🚨 Safety Lock all doors when leaving. Close garage doors. Report maintenance issues immediately. Call 911 for emergencies. 💥 Damage Accidents happen! Please let us know immediately if something is damaged so we can address it before the next guest arrives. Unreported damage may result in additional charges. 🗑️ Trash Please place all trash in the designated exterior bins. If staying during trash collection days (Wednesday), we'd appreciate you placing the bins curbside (Tuesday night) and return to the garage after pickup. ❌ Prohibited The following are not allowed: Parties Large gatherings Fireworks Illegal drugs Open flames (other than the fire pit) Glitter or confetti Commercial photography without permission ❤️ Please Treat Our Home Like Your Own We've put a tremendous amount of care into creating a memorable vacation experience.
